Every StarLux piece is cut and sewn after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is exactly what happens after checkout, and where we stand if something isn't right.

Shipping
- We ship worldwide from our workshops in Europe, always with tracking.
- Delivery time: orders are shipped with express couriers and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch — so most orders are delivered within 4–9 business days of purchase. Exact estimates for your address are shown at checkout.
- United States: no customs duties or import fees — the price you see at checkout is final.
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you — the risk is on us, not you.

Returns & exchanges
- Because every piece is custom-made to your measurements, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing decisions.
- Damaged or incorrect items: refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery — just send us photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
- Refund timeline: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest — usually much sooner. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.
- Cancellations: free within 6 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders can't be cancelled or modified.

Custom sizes & shapes
Rectangle, square, round or oval — if you don't see your dimensions listed, message us your measurements. Every product is made to your exact specifications at no extra charge.

Fabric samples
Not sure about a color or texture? Many products offer a Fabric Sample option so you can see and feel the material before committing — we also take fabric-only orders.
