Shipping policy

Every order is made to order in our workshop. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your piece is cut and sewn after you place your order.

Production time: orders are sewn and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time: we ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 5–11 business days of purchase. Exact estimates for your address are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs: United States, Canada and United Kingdom — standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Other countries — shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Express option: choose Express Shipping (1–3 business days after dispatch) at checkout for $15 — available for the United States, Canada and Europe.

Customs & duties: United States, Canada and United Kingdom — no customs duties or import fees; the price you see at checkout is final.

Tracking: every shipment includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
