Returns & Refunds

Every StarLux Textiles piece is made to order — cut and sewn to the size, shape and color you choose. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing decisions once production has started.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@starluxtextiles.com with photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we replace it or refund you. The shipping risk is on us, not you.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest — usually much sooner. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
