Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on starluxtextiles.com, operated by StarLux Textiles — Serkan Kahraman, Çobançeşme Mah., Çardak Sok. , Bahçelievler / İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: info@starluxtextiles.com.

1. Products and payment

The type, quantity, size, color, sales price and shipping cost of the product(s) are as shown on the product and checkout pages. Payments are collected securely through licensed payment institutions; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

2. Made-to-order production and delivery

All products are made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, after which the order is shipped with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are responsible for the product until it reaches you — loss or damage during shipping is resolved with a replacement or refund.

3. Cancellations and returns

Because goods prepared to the customer’s specifications (custom-made products) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable distance-selling regulations, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted once production has started. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of purchase. Damaged or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy.

4. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted via our contact page or by email and are answered as soon as possible. For consumers residing in Türkiye, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the announced monetary limits. For international customers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.

5. Acceptance

By placing an order and confirming payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms together with the product, pricing and delivery information presented at checkout.
