The seller was kind and responsive. The turnaround time was quick.

The item quality was below expectation. The material was nice but the stitch quality was poor. The stitching was not straight and the item wasn’t a full rectangle with the middle being about 0.5-1.0 cm shorter than the ends. It’s slightly parabolic rather than straight.

For the price I expected the fabric to be a little more sumptuous. It's nice, but it is simply a piece of fabric cut off the roll and hemmed. I think it is overpriced.
On contacting the seller, they were very helpful, and we have come to a suitable agreement which suits both parties. For this reason, I have upped my 3 star rating to 5 stars, and I would be happy to buy from them again.
